As company founder and CEO, Cyril Houri brings vision, leadership and seven years of world class technical and entrepreneurial experience to the Mexens team.  Prior to Mexens, Cyril founded Infosplit, Inc., a New York based company focused on geolocation solutions for a variety of customers and markets. For his innovative and original work Cyril was awarded a patent by the US Trade Patent Office in December 2003 which is now co-owned by Microsoft Corp. of Redmond, WA.

In March 2004 Infosplit, Inc. was acquired by Quova, Inc. which is now the worldwide leader in IP geolocation technology services.

Cyril was educated in the elite mathematics and preparatory schools of Paris before graduating with a Masters Degree in both Engineering and Computer Science from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, France in 1992.
